Static Brawl is a local, two-player party game for iOS. It runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information, and it has no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. This policy explains — plainly — what that means.
01 Information we collect
None that leaves your device. Static Brawl has no sign-up, no login, and no online services. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, or any other personal detail.
The only information the game stores is what you create by playing it, and it stays on your device:
- Player profiles you make (a display name and a chosen avatar)
- Win and loss records for each of the five disciplines
- Tournament stats such as brackets played, brackets won, and best placement
- Standings, achievement progress, and your in-app settings
02 How your information is used
The on-device information above is used for one purpose only: to run the game — to keep score, show your roster and standings, track achievements, and remember your settings between sessions. It is never sold, shared, analysed by outside parties, or sent off the device.
03 On-device processing
Everything happens locally. There is no server, no cloud sync, and no internet connection required to play. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit for anyone to intercept or collect.
04 No third parties
Static Brawl contains no advertising networks, no analytics tools, and no third-party software development kits. No outside company receives information about you or how you play.
05 Data retention & deletion
Your profiles, records, and settings remain on your device until you remove them in the app or delete the app. Deleting Static Brawl removes all of its stored data from your device. There is nothing stored elsewhere for us to keep or erase.
06 Children's privacy
Static Brawl is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. It has no ads, no purchases, and no way to communicate with other people.
07 Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
